Connect RepoScape to your iPhone or iPad.

Your Mac keeps the project library and runs your coding tools. The companion gives you access when you are away from the desk.

What you can do

Browse projects and recent Codex and Claude conversations, read replies, see working and unread updates, check usage by provider, and start or continue a chat. Stop a running request when needed; Codex also supports queueing and steering.

Before you start

  • Use RepoScape 26.10.10 or later on macOS 13 or later.
  • Use an iPhone or iPad running iOS or iPadOS 17 or later.
  • Keep your Mac awake with RepoScape running and both devices connected to the internet. They do not need to be on the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Install and sign in to the coding tool you want to use on your Mac.

Pair your device

  1. Get RepoScape for iPhone and iPad from the App Store. The app uses a direct distribution link, so use this link rather than searching the store.
  2. On the Mac, click the computer-and-phone icon beside Teams and Refresh, or choose File → Paired Devices.
  3. If needed, subscribe to personal mobile access on the Mac. Eligible Team members already have access.
  4. Add a device and create its pairing QR code or manual code.
  5. Scan or enter that code in the mobile app, then approve the connection on the Mac.

Access and pricing

The companion app is free to download. Personal mobile access costs $2.99/month for one Mac and supports up to eight separately paired devices. Eligible members of an active Team plan are included. Subscribe and manage billing in Paired Devices on the Mac; there is no purchase flow in the mobile app.

Privacy and control

Your paired devices exchange selected history and requests through an encrypted relay connection. They are separate from Team sharing. Revoke a device in Paired Devices on the Mac when it should no longer have access. See the Privacy Policy for local storage, relay metadata and billing details.

If the Mac appears offline

Check that the Mac is awake, online and running RepoScape. Refresh the connection on the mobile device. After choosing Forget This Mac on the phone, use Reconnect on the Mac to create a replacement QR code or manual code, then pair and approve again.
